Fiesta Tater Tot Casserole

This is a new twist on tater tot casserole. It's very delicious.

1 lb lean ground turkey or beef (93/7)
1 packet reduced sodium taco seasoning
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1 cup mild salsa
8oz cheese whiz
44 Crispy Crown potatoes (Ore Ida, about 4 servings or 1/2 the bag)

1. Pre-heat oven to 425.
2. Brown turkey in skillet and drain.
3. Add beans, corn, salsa, and cheese whiz and cook until cheese is melted.
4. Pour into a greased 9x13 glass baking dish.
5. Top with frozen Crispy Crown potatoes.
6. Bake 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are done and casserole is heated through.
