Cheesy Chicken Broccoli and Rice Casserole

1.5 pounds boneless/skinless chicken breast
1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
1 small (8oz) jar of Cheez Whiz
1 steamer bag of chopped broccoli
1 steamer bag of Bird's Eye brown rice


1. Place chicken in the bottom of the crock pot.
2. Mix together soup and cheese and pour on top of chicken.
3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours and shred chicken when done cooking.
4. About 30 minutes before serving, cook steamer bags in microwave according to directions and mix in to chicken.
5. Cook on low for another 15 minutes.
