Taco Soup

1 bag Morningstar Farms Veggie Crumbles
2 packets Old Elpaso Taco Seasoning
2 packets Hidden Valley Farms Fat Free ranch mix
1 large can tomato sauce (3.25 cups)
1 large can Busch's mild chili beans (3 cups)
2 cans stewed tomatoes (3 cups)
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can corn
1 can diced tomatoes (Ro-Tel or similar)

1. Pour all the cans in a large pot.
2. Add the veggie crumbles and seasoning packets
3. Simmer on the stove for 3-5 hours or until ready to eat.
4. Add cheese and/or sour cream on top if you wish.

Makes approx. 18 1-cup servings.
